Karen S. Moore - Karen is the owner and manager of Absolute Title & Settlement, LLC, after working in the real estate field for over 10 years, she decided it was time to start her own company, the first office for Absolute Title & Settlement, LLC was created in 2007. In the last ten (10) years she has accomplished expanding the company, opening a satellite office in Lynchburg which has its own staff to perform closings as well.

Allison M. Seay - Allison has been a licensed title insurance agent since 2009. She came to work full time for Absolute in 2012 after being in Law Enforcement most of her life. She oversees the title work and policy issuance to Owners and Lenders after their purchases.

Kaylee C. Pittman - Kaylee is our other licensed Title Agent and processor, she has been with Absolute Title since 2016.

Lynchburg Office:
Gina R. Williams - Gina manages the Lynchburg location and has been with the company since 2012. She has years of settlement experience she’s gained from working at closings companies, lawyers offices and as a Circuit Court Clerk. The knowledge she has gained over the years is a great addition to things here at Absolute.
